Possip Results

We use a survey tool called Possip to periodically check in with families about how they’re feeling at Hallett! Every time we conduct a survey, we post the latest results here.

Our most recent survey was Feb. 11, 2025.

Thank you for sharing ideas through Possip this week! We’ve heard from 88 of you so far this year. We are seeing that 77% of you are happy or mostly happy with Hallett Academy this week.

This week we heard members of the community share examples of praise, appreciation, and feedback or questions.

• Praise for the strong chain of communication when incidents occur 
• Appreciation for supportive teachers who also serve as role models for students 
• Requests for more regular communications like newsletters or using a tool like class dojo 
• Feedback that classes are too large for all students to feel successful 

We are taking all of your feedback and ideas into consideration for our future planning and follow-up. We hope to hear from you again on our next Possip Pulse Check!
