Mr. Jay is the Dean Of Culture at Hallett Academy. He supports Hallett by creating an amazing school culture for students and staff. Mr. Jay also supports Hallett academy by integrating social emotional learning as well as positive behavior interventions in students academics and school life. In his free time he enjoys watching sports, traveling, and spending time with family.
