Clean up/Dismissal | Dear Parents, Each night, your child will bring home a book to read. It is very important that your child read to someone at home. Please make sure that your child touches each word while reading to you. After practicing, your child will need to write in the journal that is included in this bag. Please have your child write the following: The date The title of the book The name of the author Also, your child should draw a picture or answer one of the following questions: I like (or did not like) the story because... What was your favorite part? Who were the main characters in the story? This book make me feel ( happy, sad, mad, confused) because... Please return the book in the bag everyday.
