Principal's Message

I believe that a successful school has three key components: effective leadership; dedicated,  committed and knowledgeable staff; and the ability to set and maintain high standards for success while implementing change as necessary. I have worked to ensure that all of these components are present at Hallet Science and Technology Academy. Our students are always our priority.

I lead utilizing the 6 Rules for Principals:

Rule 1: Listen to parents; they're the kids' first teachers.

Rule 2: If it's good for kids, it's good.

Rule 3: If there's no fun, there's not much lasting learning either.

Rule 4: Kids are more important than teachers.

Rule 5: Teachers are more important than principals.

Rule 6: Principals are only important if they help kids and teachers.
